"pretty frustrating to assemble"
this was way more annoying to put together than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, some of the parts didn’t seem labeled right, and I had to take things back apart a couple times because they just weren’t lining up. Ended up eating up most of my afternoon... and by the end I was just irritated. I thought it would be basic assembly, not me guessing my way through it. Wouldn’t buy it again...

"Didn’t Make It Through the Rain"
I had high hopes for this, but the first real storm pretty much showed its limits. It started leaking badly once the rain picked up, and by the time the storm passed, the frame was already bent. I was disappointed because I expected it to hold up better than that.

"Stayed dry, surprisingly enough"
We had a nasty storm roll through, and somehow this actually did its job — no leaks at all. I was expecting at least a little water to sneak in, because that’s usually how these things go, but nope. Stayed dry, so I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good for the price"
I didn't want to spend a ton, this did the job. The quality feels decent for what I paid, and shipping was fine too. It’s not perfect, but I’d probably buy it again

"Didn’t Last Like I Hoped"
Setting it up wasn’t too bad, but that’s about the only decent thing I can say. After just a few windy days, the frame started bending, and then I noticed the fabric tearing at the corners too. Frustrating because I expected it to hold up a lot better than this...

"Really happy with my canopy order"
I ordered a canopy from Quictent, and it arrived sooner than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. The box wasn’t beat up and all the parts were there, which made the setup a lot less stressful.

I put it up in the backyard, and because it feels sturdy so far, I’m feeling good about the purchase. For the price, I’m happy with what I got and would order from them again

"Seemed good at first, but didn’t hold up"
I bought this canopy last summer it was fine the first few times we used it. After a few months though, the frame started getting loose and the cover began tearing at the corners. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I definitely expected it to last longer. I also got frustrated waiting around to figure out a fix or replacement, which just made the whole experience more annoying

"Showed up in solid shape"
My order from quictents.com came in looking better than I figured it might. The box was in good shape overall, no major dents or rips, and the stuff inside seemed wrapped up neatly enough to stay put. I didn’t notice any missing pieces or shipping scratches, so that was a relief. For a bigger item, I was kind of expecting at least some damage, but it all turned out fine.

"Got a reply, but the wait was frustrating"
Support did eventually get back to me, but it took a few days, which was annoying. What bothered me more is how their policies seem to have all these little loopholes that make it easy for them to delay things or avoid giving a clear answer. I’m glad they responded, but the whole process felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be

"Showed up fast, but missing pieces were a pain"
The tent actually arrived quickly, which was great, but the weird part is it was missing a couple of poles and one of the corner pieces was already cracked. I was ready to set it up right away, so having to contact support and then wait around for a reply was annoying. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely took the excitement out of getting it.

"This thing is way too bulky to carry..."
This thing is way too bulky to carry around or store anywhere easily. I kept trying to find a spot for it, but it just felt like one more annoying problem to manage. The whole experience left me feeling less like a customer and more like a ticket number.

"Sizing was a little off, but it worked out"
I ordered a canopy from Quictent and it actually showed up quickly, which was nice. I’ll admit I felt a little uneasy after paying because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect or how responsive they’d be if something was wrong.
The frame went together fine, but the cover was tighter than I thought it would be and took some extra pulling to get it fitted right. It’s usable and does the job, but I do wish the sizing details had been clearer before I bought it.

I got this Quictent canopy mostly because I really liked how clean and simple it looked in the pictures, and it looks just as nice in person!!! Once we set it up, it made the whole yard feel more put together right away. The shape isn’t bulky or awkward, and the cover color goes really well with my patio stuff!!! It just has a neat, clean look without feeling like it’s trying too hard. I’m happy with it overall!!!

"I was irritated that I had to..."
I was irritated that I had to replace parts for my canopy in the first place, but at least Quictent made them easy to find on their site. I really didn’t want to be forced into buying a whole new tent over a few missing or broken pieces. Shipping was fine too, so I’ll give them that.

"Just finished it, and the instructions were alright"
I just went through the setup, so it’s still fresh in my mind. The instructions were okay overall, but a few steps near the end had me stopping and rereading to make sure I was doing it right. I did figure it out in the end, but they could definitely be a little clearer

I bought a canopy from quictents.com and, uh, the setup was straightforward. The frame seems fine, but the fabric just doesn’t feel very strong. After a few windy days, it started stretching out and even got a small tear near one of the corners. It might be okay for light use, but for being outside in the weather, the cover doesn’t seem to hold up that well. Kinda disappointing.

The tent itself was okay overall, and I didn’t pay much attention to every little detail once it was up. What I did notice right away, though, was the screws and joints, they just felt kind of cheap and weak. A few pieces didn’t seem like they’d hold up, so I ended up replacing them after setting it up. It works, but the hardware definitely could be better.

"Return went fine, but don’t expect a quick refund"
I was able to return the item without much trouble, and I did get my refund in the end. Just a heads up though, it took longer than I expected, so if you’re counting on getting your money back quickly, be prepared to wait a bit.
